How it looks in use
Pennyfair
Relaxed handwriting with a round felt pen, a slight lean and every letter standing on its own.
Pennyfair
About the family
Pennyfair is neat handwriting on a whiteboard. The letters lean a touch, bounce a little on the line and never join, so every word stays clear. Strokes are round ended with a small swell here and there, the a is single storey, the g drops into a relaxed open tail, and the t is crossed quickly. Capitals are simple and roomy, and the figures lean like handwritten prices. Five weights, from Light to Bold, go from a fine pen note to a thick marker headline. It makes printed text feel like someone took a minute to write it for you.
