How it looks in use
Granwick
A squared technical sans where every curve becomes a straight run and one small rounded corner.

About the family
Granwick looks like it was read off a control panel. There are no real curves in it: the o is a rounded rectangle, the C and G are squared with flat cut ends, and the s is three straight runs joined by two small corners, all with the same corner radius. Strokes are even from end to end, the x-height is large, and the ascenders are short, so lines pack tightly and stay tidy. The Q and the lowercase g have short angled tails that give it a bit of character. Light, Regular, Medium and SemiBold keep the same geometry. Next to the Quadby family it is plainer and more practical, less of a display face and more of a label maker with good taste.
