How it looks in use
Wideclave
A wide, high contrast transitional serif with fine hairlines, strong stems and a polished editorial finish.
Wideclave
About the family
Wideclave has the sparkle of a fashion headline and the manners of a book serif. The letters are wide, the stems are strong and the hairlines are fine and flat, with neat bracketed serifs and ball ends on the a, c, f and r. The capitals are broad and commanding, and the numbers match their crisp, formal look. It comes in Regular, Medium and SemiBold, all of them dark and confident, so it shines in headlines, names and short lines set large. It looks expensive in a quiet, well tailored way.
