How it looks in use
Vendrolore
A warm Venetian oldstyle serif with a slanted-bar e, calligraphic stress and a lovely, bookish texture.
Vendrolore
About the family
Vendrolore goes back to the earliest roman printing types. The e has a slanted crossbar, the stress in the round letters leans back like a pen held at an angle, and the serifs are small and softly bracketed. Capitals are classical and broad, the lowercase is warm and slightly irregular, and a paragraph set in it has the even, woven texture of an old book. Light, Regular, SemiBold, Bold and Black cover everything from a fine reading weight to a rich, dark display. It makes text feel considered.
