About the family
Pennonblade is a humanist sans with a clean, alert look. The stroke thickens and thins just enough to show the pen behind it, and the ends of c, e, s and t are sliced at an angle, which gives the letters a crisp edge. The openings are generous, the a is double storey, and the proportions are roomy, so it reads comfortably in paragraphs. Light and Regular are made for text, Medium and SemiBold for headings, and Black is a solid, friendly heavyweight. It feels thoughtful and dependable.
