How it looks in use
Vellorwick
A wide, sturdy transitional serif with low contrast, round open bowls and hefty, confident numbers.

About the family
Vellorwick is the sturdy member of the family. It is wide, with generous round bowls and open counters, and the usual thick and thin of a classic serif has been flattened into strong, even strokes. The serifs are bracketed and solid, so the texture on the page is dark and robust, and the numbers are chunky enough to stand out in a sentence. Light is already solid, Regular and Medium feel reliable in paragraphs and headings, and SemiBold is dark and confident. It reads like a well made old almanac.
