About the family
Thwopwick is comic lettering drawn with a brush instead of a pen. The verticals swell thick, the horizontals stay whip thin, and the stroke ends are cut at lively angles, so every letter looks like it is about to jump. No two stems are quite parallel and the counters are big and open, which keeps it readable even when it gets excited. It comes in Light, Regular, Medium, Bold and Black. Light is chatty, Black is the sound effect. It works on a page of panels, and it works just as well on a candy wrapper or a skate deck.
