How it looks in use
Ringmere
A light, round geometric sans with circle o's, a single storey a and an easy, open rhythm.
Ringmere
About the family
Ringmere is built from circles and straight lines and not much else. The o is a true circle, b, d, p and q are that circle with a stem attached, and the a is a single round bowl. The x-height is modest, so the round letters look even rounder, and the strokes stay the same thickness everywhere. Light, Regular, Medium and SemiBold are close cousins that keep the airy feel, while Black gets properly solid for a logo or a big number. It is friendly, tidy and a little retro, like good signage in a new airport.
