About the family
Shadrelwyn is the wide one of the family. Every letter is a flat roofed block with square corners and rectangular counters, and every letter drags a solid black shadow down and to the right, kept apart by a thin clean line of white. That gap is what makes it read like a painted sign rather than a smudge. The lowercase is just as chunky as the caps, with a single storey g and short stubby descenders, and the figures are broad enough to fill a price tag on their own. Light, Regular and Medium change how heavy the front face gets while the shadow stays bold. It wants a beach hut, a snack bar or a bowling alley.
