How it looks in use
Pennonbroad
A wide humanist sans with a light calligraphic swing, sheared ends and generous, open letters.

About the family
Pennonbroad is a humanist sans that spread out. The letters are wide and relaxed, bowls thicken a little on the diagonal where a pen would press, and the ends of the strokes are sheared at a slight slant. The openings are wide, the a is double storey, and the capitals are broad with a friendly, rounded feel. Light is breezy, Regular and Medium make comfortable headings, and SemiBold and Bold carry logos and signs with ease. It has the calm authority of a good sign and a little of the warmth of handwriting.
