About the family
Nozzlegate is marker lettering from the side of a train carriage, cleaned up just enough to type with. The letters are narrow and tall and they lean forward, the strokes swell where the marker was pressed and flick off thin at the ends, and the curves bend in a quick, springy way. Capitals and lowercase share the same hurry, and the figures have little hooks that match. Light, Regular, Medium, Bold and Black go from a fine tag to a fat, loud fill. It packs a lot of energy into a small width, so it fits on stickers, tickets and narrow banners without losing its swagger.
