    About the family

Kilobitpress takes the shapes of a traditional book serif, bracketed serifs, a two-storey g and a lively calligraphic rhythm, and rebuilds them on a fine pixel grid. Stems are thicker than hairlines, curves show small visible steps, and the whole thing reads comfortably at text size. The figures are a surprise: heavy, blocky and clearly digital, like a readout sitting next to a book page. Light and Regular both keep the grid sharp. It suits anything that wants to feel literary and a little bit computer.
