How it looks in use
Chamferwyn
A tall, narrow sans with every corner clipped at 45 degrees. Reads like machine signage.

About the family
Chamferwyn is a condensed sans where the corners are cut off at 45 degrees instead of rounded or left square. The result looks engineered, like lettering on a control panel or a departure board. Verticals are a touch heavier than horizontals, the letters are tall and narrow, and it is clear enough to read in short lines. The four weights also grow slightly wider as they get heavier, so the bold end feels planted. Its clipped rhythm is a strong flavour. Use it for headings and labels, not body copy, where the chamfers add up to noise.
