How it looks in use
Hazebroad
The widest of the Haze letters: fat, melting, stretched shapes that fill a poster edge to edge.
Hazebroad
About the family
Hazebroad takes the late sixties poster letter and stretches it sideways. The letters are very wide and very heavy, strokes swell into round pools and pinch to narrow waists where they meet, and the counters shrink to small teardrops and slots. The Q curls up its tail, the G hooks inward and the lowercase has fat ball ends everywhere. Contrast is strong, so even at Regular the thick parts look poured. Regular, Medium, SemiBold and Bold only get juicier. Next to Hazemoor and Hazeslim it is the one lying down in the grass, and it needs room: one short word per line is about right.
