Eyeletcrier
Hollow slab serif capitals drawn with a thick band, and figures stretched wide enough to fill a ticket.

About the family
Eyeletcrier draws every letter as a thick black band with the paper showing through inside. The shapes underneath are sturdy slab serifs with bracketed feet, the band heavier on the uprights and a little lighter across the tops and bottoms, so it keeps a hint of old poster contrast even hollow. The letters are generous, and the figures and punctuation go further: the numbers are very wide and flat, made to announce a price or a date in one big line. Light, Regular, Medium and SemiBold thicken the band as they go. It is the loudest of the Eyelet family, built for the barker at the gate.
