How it looks in use
Dustmarrow
A heavy western face with big wedge serifs and waists pinched thin. Saloon signs and fair posters.
Dustmarrow
About the family
Dustmarrow puts its weight in the serifs. The tops and bottoms of letters carry big wedge slabs, the stems pinch thin where they meet, and each stem carries a little spur. The capitals are wide and swaggering, the round figures are chunky and the whole thing reads like hand painted lettering on a barn door. Four weights, all loud. It is fun and very readable at size, and it is completely wrong for anything small or serious. Give it a short line and let it make a noise.
