How it looks in use
Cobbettwick
A heavy, even Clarendon slab at normal width. Solid as a brick and just as friendly.

About the family
Cobbettwick is a classic heavy Clarendon: bracketed slab serifs, strokes of nearly one weight, round ball ends, a big x height and short ascenders. It looks sturdy and trustworthy, like a hardware shop sign or an old wanted notice. Both weights are dark. It holds up well in headlines and short subheads and reads dense and dark in anything longer.
