How it looks in use
Beamtopwick
A reverse-contrast slab with fat horizontals and thinner stems, straight off a frontier poster.

About the family
Beamtopwick flips the usual rule: its horizontals and serifs are the heavy parts and the vertical stems are lighter. The result is the unmistakable look of a frontier saloon sign or a travelling circus bill. Serifs are thick blocks, the lowercase is wide and chunky, and the figures carry the same top-heavy weight. Light, Regular and Medium are all bold in spirit, getting darker as you go. It is not subtle, and that is the point. Set it big and add a star or two.
