How it looks in use
Adzenthorn
A sharp, high contrast serif where serifs are solid triangles and every curve has been cut into facets.
Adzenthorn
About the family
Adzenthorn looks like a classic serif that went at itself with a chisel. The stems are thick, the horizontals thin right down to tight fine lines, and each serif is a solid triangle driven into the stem. Curves are flattened into short straight runs, so the round letters come out faceted, and the junctions end in small spikes. The x-height is large and the openings are tight, which makes words look compact and a bit dramatic. Medium, SemiBold and Bold give it three levels of bite, from bookish to properly fierce.
