Adzenkeep
A calm reading serif with small sharp wedges for serifs, cut clean like it came off a lathe.
Adzenkeep
About the family
Adzenkeep is a serif that keeps its edges. Every serif is a small solid triangle pressed into the stem, so the letters stand on points rather than on flat feet. The contrast is moderate, the counters are open and clear, and the capitals are wide and steady, with a Q whose tail sweeps well out under the next letter. The lowercase g is double storey and the f leans its hook forward. It reads like a well made book but looks a little sharper on the shelf. Regular, Medium and SemiBold keep the same crisp wedges, so you can set a whole page in one and pull the headings out with another. It is the sensible cousin of the Adzen family.
