About the family
Thwopbroad is comic book lettering stretched out wide. The capitals are broad and bouncy, the lowercase is round and friendly, and the strokes are just irregular enough to look inked by hand at the drawing table. Downstrokes press a little heavier than the joining strokes, and the ends are cut casually rather than trimmed. It stands upright but never stands still. There are four weights: Light, Regular, Medium and SemiBold. The lighter ones work for captions and small talk, the heavier ones for the moment somebody yells. Put it in a speech bubble or on a lunchbox and it feels at home.
