About the family
Tattingthorn is a book-style serif with strong contrast and a sewn finish. The stems are broad bands, the hairlines and serifs are fine single lines, and the edges carry a light stitched texture you notice up close. Capitals are upright and confident, the lowercase is sturdy and easy to read, and the figures get properly heavy in the bolder weights. There are five weights from Light to Bold, and each one looks like the same letter sewn with a thicker thread. It fits wherever you want something classic that still feels handmade, like the label inside a good coat.
