How it looks in use
Slenderquill
A very narrow, high contrast pen serif with long descenders and a tall, elegant stance.

About the family
Slenderquill is about as narrow as a serif gets. Each letter is a tall column of firm downstrokes and thin hairlines, the bowls pinched into slim ovals and the descenders on g, p, q and y reaching well below the line. The f swoops down into a long tail, and the slanted numbers add a little speed. Light is delicate and airy, Regular and SemiBold give it more ink, and Bold is dark and dramatic, a bit like an old playbill. Because it takes so little width, you can set a long title big across a narrow cover.
