Quadbycrier
Wide, flat-sided caps with slab-thick stems and hairline lids, built for the back of a jersey.

About the family
Quadbycrier stretches the square sans out sideways and then leans hard on contrast. Vertical stems are thick as slabs while the tops and floors of each letter are thin lines, so every bowl looks like a wide box with heavy side walls. The O is a rounded rectangle, the diagonals of M and N stand almost upright, and terminals are cut straight across. The result is athletic and a bit retro, like lettering sewn onto a varsity jacket or painted on the side of a race car. It comes in Light and Regular, and both want to be set big.
