How it looks in use
Nurnelslim
A narrow schwabacher drawn with an even stroke and blunt ends, gothic shapes with a friendly finish.

About the family
Nurnelslim keeps the shapes of a schwabacher, the pointed almond o, the swinging g and the broken curves, but draws them with a nearly even stroke and blunt, rounded ends. The result is a blackletter that feels sturdy and approachable instead of severe. The letters are narrow and upright, and the numbers are just as tall and neat. It comes in Light, Regular and Medium, all easy to read at sign size. It fits wherever you want a bit of old world flavor without the heavy drama, like a market stall sign that has been there for fifty years.
