    About the family

Kodiothorn is a wide slab serif with a lot of drama in it. The vertical stems are thick and black, the horizontals and bowls drop to fine hairlines, and several letters such as P, Q, R, S and U leave a small gap where a stroke would normally close, like a stencil cut by someone with style. The lowercase is broad and low, the figures are narrow and elegant by comparison, and the whole thing sits on short flat feet. Light, Regular, Medium and SemiBold build up the weight on the stems while the hairlines stay fine. Set it big and wide and give it room to show off.
