How it looks in use
Furlbroad
A wide, lively band-drawn hand, where strokes cross with a small break as if one passes under the other.
Furlbroad
About the family
Furlbroad is drawn as if a flat band were laid down stroke by stroke. Letters are wide and loose, the band is full on the downstrokes and thinner where it swings through a curve, and where two strokes cross you can see a small break, as if one tucks under the other. It has the loose, quick feel of lettering done by hand for a shop sign. Light, Regular and Medium go from gentle to punchy. Use it for friendly words that should look made rather than printed.
