Cloverton
A heavy serif with every corner softened. Plump, warm and a little old fashioned.

About the family
Cloverton is a bold serif where nothing is sharp. The serifs are small rounded pads that melt into the stems, the bowls are full, the x-height is big and the whole thing sits low and comfortable, like a well used armchair. It has the friendly sign painter look of old ads and seed catalogues. There are two weights and both are heavy; Light is only lighter by comparison. It is excellent for short, warm headlines and brand names. It is too dense for body copy and far too cheerful for anything that needs to look serious.
