About the family
Clinkergate is built wide and low, the way stencilled numbers sit on the side of a crane. Every outer corner is clipped at 45 degrees, the round letters turn into boxes with cut corners, and the G carries a flat little spur like a welded bracket. The lowercase is just as broad and just as square, so a whole word reads like a row of steel plates bolted side by side. Light, Regular and Medium share the same cuts; Medium is the one that looks painted on a gate. Give it room and a short line, and it does the shouting for you.
