How it looks in use
Pikettgate
A friendly, near-monoline textura at normal width, with flat angled feet and a six-sided o.
Pikettgate
About the family
Pikettgate is a textura that has loosened its collar. The stems are close to monoline, the diamond feet are simplified into flat angled cuts, and the o is a neat hexagon. Ascenders end in plain forked tips. The width is normal, not squeezed, and the x-height is tall, so words fall into an even, regular beat and stay easy to read. It still says gothic at a glance, just in a warmer voice. Four weights, Light to SemiBold, run from a quiet page heading to something bold enough for a market banner.
