About the family
Lidowayslim is deco lettering drawn tall and narrow. Strokes are thin and nearly even, round letters are stretched into slim upright ovals, and the counters become deep narrow channels. The whole thing has the look of lettering on an old hotel lift or a cinema front. Six weights go from a wiry Light to a Black that is still slender, so even the heaviest line takes up very little width. It saves space like few faces can, fitting long names into narrow columns, and it looks best set large with a little extra tracking so the tall shapes can breathe.
