About the family
Kreidobroad is a roomy serif written in chalk. The letters are wide and generous, with small serifs, rounded bowls and a gentle swell in the strokes, and every edge carries a fine grainy rough patch where the chalk dragged across the board. Nothing is sloppy about it, though: the capitals stand straight, the lowercase is even, and the figures are clear enough for a timetable. Light, Regular, Medium, SemiBold and Bold go from a quick sketch to a firm press of the chalk. It feels like the day's lesson written out neatly before the bell, the kind of lettering people stop to read.
